I have spent more than twenty years building web and enterprise applications — public data visualizations, multi-tenant monitoring platforms, and high-volume consumer fulfillment systems. I hold a BS in Computer Science, and my current work is in Java and modern JavaScript.

Selected work

Contract applications built at iComponent, 2010–2019. All four ran against Spring Boot backends; I worked in those Java codebases modifying endpoints and response structures.

Idexx Infectious Disease Map

Public data visualization

A public application mapping the prevalence of tick- and mosquito-borne disease across the United States. I built the interactive choropleth map with national-to-county drill-down, filtering by location, species, disease type, year and month range, and a computed insights panel.

Symmons Evolution Water Management Platform

Multi-tenant IoT monitoring

A multi-tenant application for monitoring commercial water systems through networked IoT sensors. I built the Health Center issue management module, which ships as a named feature: a workflow board across possible, verified, resolved and archived states, card and list views, modal detail and edit dialogs, and CRUD administration screens.

LifePod Caregiver Portal

Voice-first eldercare

The caregiver portal for a voice-first eldercare platform. I built routine scheduling for reminders, check-ins and voice services, branching voice-prompt configuration across no-reply, positive, negative and unrecognized-response paths, nested follow-up forms, care team management, and responsive mobile layouts.

Samsung Ultimate Test Drive

Trial fulfillment

A fulfillment system for a national device-trial program running across all four major US carriers. I built carrier and device selection, multi-step registration with validation, payment capture with authorization for conditional return and damage charges, and delivery scheduling.

Current projects

  • DMARC report processor Domain owners receive DMARC aggregate reports that nobody has time to open, so this Python service pulls them from a Gmail inbox, extracts and scans them, hands them off to an analysis system, and surfaces the results on a dashboard.
  • Swim team practice and meet tracker Swimmers’ events, swims, strokes and personal records live in paper notebooks and scattered spreadsheets; this keeps a season’s worth of them in one place.
  • Project management tool Small teams end up running sprints in one tool, client billing in another and time tracking in a third, so this handles all three together.
